Good news/Bad news

GOOD NEWS - We had 9 visitors come to youth group in the last 2 weeks! Each night the GOSPEL was presented! So proud of the teens for inviting other teens to youth group!

BAD NEWS - The record wasn't broken. We had 27 the first night and 23 the next. However, if everyone had been there at the same time we would have had a total of 31 teens...which is awesome!

GOOD NEWS - You have a youth pastor who is very proud of you guys for bringing that many visitors... so ....we are still gonna have the party!.... but it can't be until March 6th. Next Wednesday the 20th is the Awana Grand Prix night. We will still have youth group, but a lot of the teens and even some of the leaders like to watch the Grand Prix so there may not be as many teens in the youth room.....but if you still want to come to youth group that's great! Then Pastor Jake and Loren will be gone on the 27th.... but again.... we will still have youth group!

BAD NEWS - Since the record wasn't officially broken....the beard has been trimmed! It would have been fun...and funny...but it was only gonna happen if the record was broken. :( for you. :) for me! haha...

GOOD NEWS - Winter meltdown is tomorrow! Be praying for a safe trip, an awesome time of fun and spiritual growth, and for teenagers to be saved!!!

Fear the Beard!

This thing is coming off one way or another VERY SOON! :) This Wednesday.....in 2 DAYS....is the last chance to break the attendance record of 33. If it happens....the beard is gone, but you get to choose what gets shaved off. If the record isn't broken, then I get to shave it how I want to...either way....it's coming off! So itchy! :) EACH OF YOU HAS TO INVITE FRIENDS TO COME!!!! We had 4 visitors last week and 27 in attendance....while that's pretty sweet, that's not enough! We need more! Don't be shy, don't be embarrassed...they are coming to hear the good news of salvation, which is the ultimate reason to bring them in the first place! The beard thing...that's just for fun, but inviting friends to church is a seriously awesome thing! Seeya Wednesday!
