SERVE FEST SUCCESS!

Serve Fest 2011 was definitely a successful adventure! The Jr. High did a great job serving the Lord at the salvation army on Wednesday night the 16th of November! A lot was accomplished that night! Great job everybody! Special thanks to the leaders who went as well; the Beadle's, Novak's, Oldfield's,
and Haplain's! The Sr. High had a great time serving the Lord as well on the same night! They were able to serve God by
serving others! They had the opportunity to help in the kitchen at the Care Center in Rock Island. It was great to see the teens step up and serve God in that capacity! Great job everybody! Special thanks to the leaders who helped as well; the Boucher's and the Hubbell's!

Overall.....it was a great service opportunity!

Go Jake and Chris!

The second round of the 2011 playoffs will be underway this Saturday, November 5, 2011, as Jake Boucher, Chris "To ph" Hedrick, and the Mercer County Golden Eagles will be battling against the Trojans of Elmwood Brimfield at 2:30pm. Both teams will face each other with and undefeated record. Jake Boucher has been a solid defender in the linebacker position with numerous tackles this year all while wearing a Medium Jersey! Chris Hedrick enters this game as a force on the D-line! Try and run the ball by him....we dare ya! The fans of the Golden Eagles say it best "1-2-3 first down golden eagles!" Good luck this Saturday boys! We'll be praying for ya!

FUN TIMES!!!!

The "MP Grand Prix" was a blast! Buggy Car races were fun! Dale pretty much dominated everything and everyone! Scott chowed down on pumpkin's and Taylor Beadle dominated in the minute to win it game "Temper Tantrum." Mr. and Mrs. Boucher showed off their minute to win it skills as well, shaking tic tacs out of the containers with their heads! :) It was a fun activity and we look forward to doing it again next year. This time...we know what a buggy car idea looks like so we can go more prepared! To the left is a picture of a homemade buggy car.
