Allen's Hayrack Ride and Bonfire SATURDAY!!!!

Hey y'all! This Saturday is the Hayrack Ride and the Bonfire at the Allen's farm. Meet at the church at 4:30 pm if you need a ride or directions. Bring a package of hot dogs, a jacket, and a blanket if you want for the hayride. The hidden words are John Deere. It should be fun! Pray for good weather!

I'M BAAAAAAAAACK!!!!!

Suprise! It's me again, Pastor Jake. WOW! I have not been on this blog in forever, but that will change! :) I am planning on blogging yet again! So....this is my first post warning you of plenty more to come! I will (Lord willing) be putting up pictures and posts and upcoming dates every Monday and Thursday. Meltdown....a good one!

Haha.....get it? What a fun time we had at winter meltdown! Also had a great youth service Sunday Night! Heard a lot of good things from people! Keep on serving Christ teens! Here's some

Winter Meltdown was a success...even without SNOW!

We ended up taking 14 teens and 4 adults. It was a great time together and was a lot of fun! Many decisions were made to live for Christ better and to be better leaders as well!

COLD!!!! but thankful....

Wow! It is freezing outside today....yet....God is still good. My prayer on this frozen tundra day.

Lord, thank you. Thank you for the life you give, the blessings, the continual love. It may be cold outside, but your love will never grow cold. Your grace warms our thoughts. Your mercy reminds us of where we should be going when we die....to that eternal hot place. You are good. You continue to prove it. Even when we ask "what are you doing?" you ALWAYS prove yourself to be the one and only Sovereign God. No one can comprehend your goodness, your love, your forgiveness. Our lives are but a vapor....yet...you care about us. You sent your Son for us. We bow in your presence. It's all because the blood of Jesus Christ, it covers me and raised this dead man's life. Father, we love you, we live for you, we worship you, we stand in awe, we can't wait for that day where we will see Jesus face to face. Pour out your continual grace and mercy on us. We need it. We try, we fail. We fail, you still love. Thank you, in Jesus Name Amen.

Stop and thank God today for all He has done, is doing, and will do.

SERVE FEST TONIGHT!

Remember to be at the church at 6:15pm, we'll be heading out at about 6:25pm.

Wow! It's been awhile!

Hey everyone....i know you've missed my posts on our blog page cuz so many of you have said you have! :) Here...we'll do a test. If you read this and come to me on Wednesday night (the 17th) which is SERVE FEST and say the words "Youth Group Blog Rocks!" then I will give you a free pop from the fridge.....we'll see how many check the blog! :) I won't be surprised if no one does...which is probably my fault for not keeping this updated more.
